Toma aceite de oliva con limón apenas te despiertes

Aporta antioxidantes: contiene polifenoles y vitamina E, que protegen las células ante la acción de los radicales libres, que son moléculas que perdieron un electrón y buscan reemplazarlo con los de las células sanas, dañando entonces a estas células sanas. ¿De dónde salen estos radicales libres? Del tabaco, la radiación, químicos como los pesticidas, contaminación industrial, comida chatarra, pero también de una mínima parte del oxígeno que consumimos. Por eso es importante consumir antioxidantes como las vitaminas A, E y C y los polifenoles. 

3. Permite perder peso: acelera el metabolismo y ayuda a eliminar las grasas no saludables. Además, genera un efecto saciante, lo que implica que te llena y entonces necesitarás reducir tus raciones.
